Funny story... We lost mokey (our rabbit) about two months ago. I was worried that he dug in too deep into his burrow (sp) and had been caved in. Travis thought a hawk swooped down to get him and the kids just didn't know. Anyways we kept hoping and looking for him each time we went out in the neighborhood. Well, the other night we were driving in our neighborhood and I saw a black rabbit. Of course Mokey has never come to us when we call his name but we would still try to catch him with no luck for two nights. Saturday afternoon we went out and saw him again and started talking to the owners of the house that he would hang out by. We gave the guy our phone number and he said he would call us if he saw him again. I thought ok, but didn't think he would call. Sunday morning he calls and says that he found him again and if we all try to get him we can capture him if we come right now. So we all get dressed and run out. We caught him, not knowing if it was really him we took him to the vet today and got his microchip verified. It was him! He has a bit of a tear on his eye that we have to give him medication for but other than that the vet says he is very lucky to have survived such an ordeal. I know! We are so happy to have him back with our family.

oh.. Yay! We're glad Mokey's home, safe and sound. That is funny that you found him after all this time! We're still thinking of getting one... probably for Easter. :)
Yeah for Mokey!! Glad he made it home for Christmas! It was good to see you! The light parade is this Friday and Saturday. I just found out. Call me if you want to come!!!
