We made it to Cave Lake for the Fire and Ice Festival. It was cold. These are our good friends the Bundy's they live in Ely. Ty has helped Travis with his hunts and they have become very good (and close, ha-ha) friends. They got stuck on the mountain on the Elk hunt. Long story.

The ice was only 6 to 8 inches thick, as we later found out. They had four wheelers hauling people all over so we figured it was safe.
